Main Washing zone.
Pallets are thoroughly washed from all sides and inside in a circulating washing zone. The built-in filter system continuously cleans the pallets in the washing zone. This process rids off all heavy dirt or dust particles and further helps to reduce germs and bacterial contamination. The Washing equipment’s built-in tank heater maintains the temperature of the wash water.
TOP DISINFECTION RESULTS.
Rinsing and disinfection.
In the tunnel of the rinsing zone of the Pallet washer, the Pallets are rinsed with hot and clean fresh water and thermally disinfected, thereby ensuring hygiene by eliminating all bacterial or fungal contamination. This water is then directed into the main washing zone of the washing equipment and will be reused. This unique washing process achieves maximum resource efficiency of the containers with minimal water, energy and chemical consumption and no pH carryover.

Drying zone.
Pallet drying provides you the option to not only immediately reuse the pallets for your production and logistics purposes but also ensure hygiene standards prescribed in certain Industries.
On request, a drying module can be integrated into the pallet washing machine. The drying process is fast, efficient and of the best quality. In the drying zone, the pallets are air-dried with cold/room-temperature air from all sides by a high-pressure blower unit which gushes out the water in the pockets of the pallet and evaporates the water from the pallet surfaces.
Depending on the pallet model, a suitable drying solution for the pallets can be integrated by the manufacturer at the end of the wash-tunnel. Typically, the “EDT-Guide-Booster” cold air blowing system is inbuilt: this is in the extension of the equipment after the neutral zone. The high air flow rate ensures that a drying efficiency of 80 to 90% is achieved.
