Washing zone.
The buckets are thoroughly washed from all sides and inside in a circulating washing zone. The built-in filter system continuously cleans the buckets in the washing zone. This helps to reduce germs and bacteria. The Washing equipment’s built-in tank heater maintains the temperature of the wash water. This helps to reduce germs and bacteria inside and out the bucket.
TOP DISINFECTION RESULTS.
Rinsing zone.
In the rinsing zone of the Bucket washer, the buckets are rinsed with hot and clean fresh water and thereafter thermally disinfected (optionally, the bucket washing machines can be equipped with detergents or disinfectant solutions for hygienic purposes). This water is then optimally directed into the main washing zone of the washing equipment and reused there. This unique process achieves maximum washing results of the buckets with minimal water, energy, and chemical consumption without pH carryover.
TOP DRYING RESULTS.
Drying zone.
On request, a drying module can be integrated into the bucket washing machine. The drying process is fast, efficient and of the best quality. In the drying zone, the buckets are air-dried with cold/room-temperature air from all sides by a high-pressure blower unit which gushes out the water in the pockets of the bucket and evaporates the water from all the surfaces. The “EDT-Guide-Booster” cold air blowing system: this is in the extension of the equipment after the neutral zone. The high air flow rate ensures that a drying efficiency of 80 to 90% is achieved. Bucket drying option ensures faster reuse of your buckets and can be crucial in certain use-cases such as in Retail stores, food Industry and medical Industry.
