The KBW series big box washing machine is a compact box washer for the effective cleaning of big boxes, pallet boxes and large containers. The machine features an optional pre-wash, a main wash and a final rinse. Customer-specific adaptations are available.
KBW Series Big Box Washing Machine.
The containers are loaded and unloaded using an electrically operated loading door as standard. The door holds the items to be washed and also seals the wash chamber.
The containers are placed directly on the door and secured. The door then closes watertight, allowing dripping water to be recovered. The wash cycle starts automatically when the door closes. Once the wash cycle is complete, the door opens automatically.
Cleaning and Washing Cycle.
The cleaning and washing cycles are adjustable. The average cycle time is approximately 100 seconds. The washing process consists of six phases:
- Loading the container and closing the door
- Hot water cycle at 35–60 °C
- Drip-off pause
- Rinsing with a disinfecting effect at 82–85 °C
- Drip-off pause
- Opening the door, run-on time of the vapor extraction system and unloading the container
