Main-Washing zone.
Glasses are thoroughly washed from all sides and inside in a circulating washing zone with a sophisticated water jet spraying system. This cleaning operation is extremely optimised for best cleaning results within a very short range of time, as the Glasses are continuously transported inside the washing tunnel. The spraying unit is often customised based on the shape and size of the Glass and are critical parameters for choosing optimal placement of water jet nozzles. The preliminary washing zone eliminates all the contamination thoroughly using a sophisticated high pressure water spray system. In most cases our inbuilt filtration system enables an efficient reuse of water, thus saving an essential resource for you. Depending upon the level of contamination the water used in the pre-wash cycle is separated and given an individual outlet to avoid contamination of fresh water in the tank.
TOP DISINFECTION RESULTS.
Fresh water Rinsing zone.
In the rinsing zone, the Glasses are rinsed with fresh water and thermally disinfected. Also, we offer chemical disinfectant as an option in this operation. This water is then optimally directed into the tank main washing zone of the machine and then reused. This unique process is made to achieve best washing results of the containers and Glasses without pH carry-over with minimum consumption of water, chemicals, and energy.
TOP DRYING RESULTS.
Drying zone.
On request, a drying module can be integrated into the Glass washing machine. The drying process is efficiently timed for quick drying. In the drying zone, the Glasses are air-dried with cold/room-temperature air from all sides by a high-pressure blower unit which gushes out the water and evaporates the water on the surfaces. Typically, the “EDT-Guide-Booster” cold air blowing system is inbuilt: this is in the extension of the equipment after the neutral zone. The high air flow rate ensures that a drying efficiency of 80 to 90% is achieved.
Drying option ensures faster reuse of your Glass items to be washed and can be crucial in certain use-cases for food Industry and medical Industry.
