IBC Washing Machine for Cleaning Containers Inside and Outside.
Compact CWA series chamber washing system for cleaning containers and IBCs. The system provides separate interior and exterior cleaning followed by a fresh-water rinse. Containers are loaded and unloaded manually through the front loading door. Once the door is closed and the start is confirmed, the wash cycle starts automatically.

Cleaning first takes place with recirculated water. The container is then rinsed with fresh water. The machine has three wash programs: quick, medium and long. The programs can be adjusted via a password-protected user level.

IBC Cleaning Process.
- The IBC is loaded into the chamber manually using a pallet truck or forklift.
- The operator opens the lid and the drain valve. The lid cannot be cleaned in the machine.
- Once the loading door is closed and the cycle is confirmed, the selected wash program starts.
- Cleaning with recirculated water is followed by a fresh-water rinse. Disinfection can be added as an option.
- An adjustable drip time follows. Water vapor is extracted from the chamber and discharged outside through an exhaust duct provided by the customer.
- The loading door is then opened and the cleaned container is removed.
The fresh-water rinse uses hot water provided on site. The rinse-water tank can be electrically heated as an option.
