Industrial Knife Basket Washer
Compact knife basket washer system with integrated main wash and final rinse (disinfection), for quick and effective cleaning of dirty knife baskets
The knife basket washer system is divided into a main washing zone and a final rinsing zone. In the main washing zone, the baskets are cleaned with circulating water, which is kept at the desired temperature by the built-in tank heating. The water in the main washing zone is constantly filtered by a sophisticated filter system. In the rinsing zone, the knife baskets are rinsed with clean fresh water. This water is then fed into the tank in the main washing zone and reused there. This process achieves maximum washing results with minimal consumption of water, energy and chemicals.
In order to ensure optimal cleaning of the front sides, the knife baskets are transported through the system at regular intervals by the carriers of the transport chain; the built-in rotatable clip-eyelet flat jet nozzles ensure thorough cleaning of the items to be washed.
